Brooke brings close to 20 years of experience in Property Management, beginning her career with Professionals Vertullo Real Estate when she relocated to the Northern Gold Coast in 2010. She quickly developed a strong connection to the area and chose to make it home, purchasing a property in the area with her husband. Having been both an investment property owner and a tenant herself, Brooke has a well-rounded understanding of the needs and expectations of both landlords and tenants. She approaches property management with professionalism and care, taking great pride in earning her clients’ trust and safeguarding their investments.
